Performance Video Terms of Service

NEAT MEDIA HOUSE LLC DBA Neat Dance Media

These Terms of Service apply to any performance video purchased from NEAT MEDIA HOUSE LLC dba Neat Dance Media for the OSDTDA State Competition. By purchasing or accessing a video, you agree to the following:

1. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a performance video, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the video for:

  • Personal viewing

  • Sharing clips or the full performance on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Showing the video in private settings to friends, family, students, or team members

  • Posting on your team or school’s official social media page

All content remains owned by NEAT MEDIA HOUSE LLC dba Neat Dance Media.

2. What You Cannot Do

To protect athletes, teams, and the event:

  • You may not share, send, or distribute the original downloadable video file to anyone who has not purchased a license

  • You may store the file on cloud or shared platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.), but you may not allow anyone else to access, copy, or download it

  • You may not resell the video or use it for commercial sale or monetized content

One purchase does not cover a group. Each family or individual must purchase their own downloadable copy unless a team license is approved.

3. Team or Group Licensing

Teams or schools may request group licensing. Written approval from NEAT MEDIA HOUSE LLC dba Neat Dance Media is required before distributing a file to an entire team.

4. Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Download or technical issues on a personal device

  • An athlete’s performance results

If a file is corrupted on our end, we will replace it with a working copy. Replacement is the only remedy offered.

5. Privacy and Athlete Protection

Videos are provided for personal enjoyment and athletic recognition. You may not edit, alter, or use the footage in a way that:

  • Misrepresents athletes or routines

  • Violates event, school, or team policies

  • Damages the reputation of participants, coaches, judges, or the event

6. Copyright

All content is protected by U.S. Copyright Law and remains the property of NEAT MEDIA HOUSE LLC dba Neat Dance Media. Redistributing, reproducing, or sharing downloadable files is not permitted without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing or accessing a video, you agree that:

  • You waive the right to bring any claim or lawsuit against NEAT MEDIA HOUSE LLC dba Neat Dance Media

  • The company is not liable for any damages or losses related to your purchase or use of the video

  • Your sole remedy, if any issue arises, is the replacement of a corrupted file

8. Enforcement

Access to videos may be revoked without refund if these Terms are violated. Repeated violations from a school, team, or organization may result in blocked purchasing access.
